this was actually drawn and line art'd back before there were any references for TurboTime besides the logo

'cause THIS AMAZING FIC gives me so many feelings about Litwak and TurboTime and him with all his games in general sdgjhsdfk

That fic gave me the headcanon that TurboTime is one of the first (if not the first) game Litwak had, and the one that helped him start the arcade and take care of his nana. Which, y'know, makes the whole unplugging TurboTime thing heartbreaking. jgdfkghkd

You guys come up with good headcanons... I have a headcanon that King Candy was an unused spirte left on the game that some videogame companies leave if they change their mind on characters. That is probably how turbo used him... pixar would be proud and should read these for a second movie

nice drawing! the thing that nearly kills it for my is the joy-stick on the game. if you pause the movie you can clearly see the game has a wheel on it

Thanks! This was drawn and inked before there were good screencaps of the movie, actually. (Around late November~early December.) I just sort of modeled the game after Rally X.

Ah, it was my pleasure! :heart: That fanfic is definitely one of my favorites. C: It made me really love Litwak as a character. So happy and naive back in the 80's, when his arcade was first starting to become successful.
